The task was to solve various legal problems
of the initial project and to achieve planning permit for a modern 2 story house
to clients specifications.

The basic idea here was to create a cosy seaside
home in a traditional finca design using authentic materials
like old wooden beams and doors in combination with a modern and
light interior design.
The villa was fully stripped and redeveloped to
new, including all installations. Used only natural, partially
antique materials such as rustic marvel tiles, pine wood
parquet, wooden windows and shutters, etc.
